Keep the pieces of a working AI workflow together.
The app is the customer side of BestAI's managed delivery system. It shows what your organisation can use and prepares the approved workflow package for the local tools that run it.
Sync maintained releases and skills
Authorised release files are checked against their checksums before the maintained workflow and skill content is written locally.
Initialise the local project
Start the configured business project used for the approved workflow without turning the app into a general workflow builder.
Check readiness in one place
Review versions, sync state and tool health before opening the workflow in Codex or Claude Code.
Your working project stays on your computer
BestAI Workflow connects to BestAI Cloud for sign-in, authorised manifests, release downloads and sync reporting. Standard workflow sync does not upload the contents of your local project files.
A control surface, not a workflow marketplace
The app is not a generic prompt editor or a self-serve workflow builder. BestAI maintains the core workflow content, skills, templates, releases and permissions; your organisation uses the content it is authorised to receive.

From download to sign-in in a few minutes.

Download the disk image
Use the macOS download button on this page. The current public installer is a Universal DMG for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Move the app to Applications
Open the DMG, then drag BestAI Workflow into the Applications folder.

Open and sign in
Launch BestAI Workflow from Applications and sign in with the BestAI account invited to your organisation.
